Conflict moderation and coaching group processes for teams and organizations
What does an organization, team or community have in common? What motivates team members? How can group conflicts and energy loss be overcome, growth processes managed and harmonious interactions maintained?
Making hidden dynamics visible and perceiving conflicts as an opportunity for change with long-term solutions can play a crucial role in resolving group conflicts. A wide range of tools and methods have been developed to promote resilience and well-being within the team, foster personal initiative, and strengthen a sense of togetherness within the group.
Neutral moderation and companionship of internal processes is important to ensure that all members can participate and help shape the future of the group. It is worth having internal processes accompanied and moderated by outsiders so that everyone can participate and help shape them in a relaxed manner.
