Systemic Therapy

We are always in relationships: we have different roles and experience different patterns in our families, among friends or at work.

Our action have an effect comparable to the pendulum (Newton’s cradle from the 17th century), where the impulse of the first metal ball is transferred to the next and on to the last ball. One impulse causes the entire system to resonate. If one part starts to move, the entire system changes.

Systemic therapy focuses on the relation between individuals, on interaction between individuals and environment and on the self worth and self-efficacy of the client. Base of the dialog with the client is respect, impartiality, interest and appreciation for previous experiences. Helping people to be more constructive in life in the broadest sense is at the heart of systemic work.
