Mediation

Conflicts are often experienced as stressful and exhausting; however, they also have the potential for change.

Instead of costly legal disputes, mediation creates a space for discussion that goes beyond “right” or “wrong”.

Mediation is a clearly structured process for resolving conflicts. It improves communication and creates clarity about the positions of the parties involved. Mediation offers therefore a constructive and an individually tailored solutions.

All conflicting parties are part of a mediation process and we focus on their interests. The process is based on the principle of voluntarism, openness to results and confidentiality between all parties involved. As a mediator, I support you impartially and neutrally.
